Sinusitis is a very painful condition which often needs ever increasing doses of decongestants when treated with pharmaceuticals. Osteopathy is a natural therapy which is a useful alternative for sufferers of sinusitis.
Generally sinus problems are due to pain created from a back up of pressure in the sinuses. Treatment of this problem includes normalising the motion of the bones containing the sinuses, but also the drainage in the rest of the head. All venous and lymphatic fluid moves towards the chest so treatment in this area may also be required.
